ACK/NACK messages can be processed or configured in DOKA .

1.Navigate to 'SWIFT SEND' in MGRTSK Screen.

2.Provide the Format , ini file to generate , the swift path to generate the swift message and importantly enable the "Generate MUR and ACK" option.

3.Settings should be saved successfully .

4.Save a transaction which has outgoing SWIFT message. Once saved, workflow to be generated as below

5.Before Running the Pending Acknowledgment (PDA) Services, Process the ACK/NACK Message and in SWITSK. (If not using SWIFT Gateway , you can spoof these messages using notepad and drop them in to the SWTIN folder)

6.Once processed check, INFACK for the ACK/NACK Message .

7.Status of the ACK/NACK messages can be changed through screen DBIACK.
