DOKA-NG 2.3 is a major release and covers the following main R&D enhancements and many other functional features and technical enhancements:
- New business module Receivable Finance to complete our Supply Chain Finance offering
- Configuration capabilities for contract references and multi signature settings
- Structured party infotext and attachment handling
- RIVO channel
- CBPR+ and Target2
- Additional API’s
Story
[Improvement] - To complete our offering for Supply Chain Finance, anew business module Receivable Finance is introduced which is a supplier-centric business that comprises of the discounting of supplier’s invoices by the supplier’s bank. New API’s have been introduced to support the automatic processing of this module.
[Improvement] -Configuration capabilities in the product have been enhanced. This includes Reference Number Configuration and Multi Signature capabilities. With this change, it is now possible to configure contract references and multiple release levels directly in the application without touching the source code and exchanging a patch.
[Improvement] -A major enhancement for all business modules is the Structured Party Infotext and Attachments which is a solution for efficient handling of party information. Structured processing information are introduced to provide trade finance staff with the right customer information at the right time. In addition, attachments of any kind can now be stored for the party and can be retrieved easily during processing.
[Improvement] -An interface between DOKA-NG and RIVO, Surecomp’s collaborative trade finance platform, is providing seamless message exchange.
[Improvement] - Swift adopts the ISO 20022 standard and adjusts it to the needs of their network for Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+). The FIN MT messages, after a coexistence period from 20March2023 until November2025, will be replaced by the CBPR+ MX message in the FINplus network of Swift. The application now supports the MX payment messages, that were already supported by the application as MT payment messages. For Target2 RTGS, additional functional enhancements to the existing implementation of XML messages have been made. With respect to the regulatory change requirements, no mandatory changes were required for SWIFT 2022but some improvements, based on Swift guidelines are added to the product
