In connection with 'Approved payable finance' and 'Receivable finance', this transaction is used to maintain the pairing definition that has been established between the parties buyer and supplier.
An existing party can be selected by clicking the icon, entering a portion of the pairing key, or entering the pairing name.

In addition to the individual information for the buyer and supplier, a specific profile for the buyer and supplier pair is recorded here.
Thereby supporting
- Buyers that participate in an APF(Approved payable Finance) program with two or more suppliers, with each supplier's terms varying for the buyer. For instance; the customer may have two distinct suppliers with differing "minimum" and "maximum" finance terms.
- Vendors who participate in an RF(Receivable Finance) program with two or more buyers, with each buyer having a different set of requirements. For instance; the supplier might offer two separate buyers a different "minimum" and "maximum" financing period.
The limit amounts for the pairing and each individual party is shown in the "Defined Limits" section, together with information on their used limit amounts and pending limit amounts.
Upon selecting a pairing, to have an overview of the pairing condition, the Icon of “Key of Pairing” can be clicked. This opens a pop-up window with the list of details of the overview panel, along with pairing info of “Account” and “Limit” for both Buyer and Supplier.
Selecting the of “Account” displays all accounts of Buyer and Supplier.
Similarly selecting the of “Limit” displays the Limit per Party for both Buyer and Supplier and also their Limit per Pairing.
