Editing References - Transaction CPTADD
This transaction is used to add or to modify reference numbers of the parties. Furthermore, the responsible user can be changed and an info text or settlement instructions for the contract can be entered. Other modifications of the contract data are not possible. No correspondence will be created.
Requirements - An existing Clean Payment contract which is open and not closed.
Settling Charges - Transaction CPTFEE
This transaction is used to settle fees and charges independently from other transactions.
Usually fees and charges are collected and, where applicable, paid to a foreign party, at the time of processing another event for the same contract. However it may happen that a claim for fees from a foreign bank comes at a different time or when no more transactions are to be processed. It may also happens that some of our own fees are to be collected separately, e.g. when they are due periodically, when an incorrect amount was charged or when one forgot to collect them.
Requirements - An existing Clean Payment contract (can be closed)
Common Messages - Transaction CPTFRE
This transaction is used to send common messages to the contract party/contract parties or to another address, which can be entered freely. On the transaction panel the user has to define the message type, the receiver of the message, and, if necessary, the receiver of copies.

Requirements - An existing Clean Payment contract (can be closed).
Closing -Transaction CPTCAN
This transaction is used to close a clean payment for whatever reason. The closing date of the contract is set to today's date.
Requirements - An existing Clean Payment contract which is not closed.
Re-Opening - Transaction CPTROP
This transaction is used to re-open a previously closed clean payment.
Requirements- A closed Clean Payment contract.
Attaching an Incoming Message-Transaction CPTATT
This transaction can be used when an incoming message is to be attached to a contract. The incoming message is for information only and does not lead to any booking or correspondence relevant transactions.
Requirements - Not allowed when no contract has been loaded. Is used to attach incoming messages to a contract without further processing.
Changing Contract Data -Transaction CPTCHG
This transaction is used to amend contract fields without generating correspondence. It can only be called via the module “Contract Maintenance" (CPTCHG).
It is recommended to restrict the access to this transaction.
When implementing the system it is possible to enable or disable contract fields for this transaction.
