sftp-sandbox.rivotrade.com:/yournamehere/messages/torivo
Party Set up
To use RIVO as a channel , the Party you wish to communicate with via RIVO needs a small change too.
First, the Corporate (your customer) needs to register in RIVO
Then, they need to give you their RIVO short ID , which can be found in the Organization Profile page in RIVO (Administrator > Organization Profile )
You take that and set it in the Details panel of the Party
You can also configure which modules can be used for RIVO for this party, or leave unticked for everything.
You also need to set their Messages preferred channel to be RIVO in the main Party panel
Now any messages for them will be defaulted to use RIVO as their channel
