The Transaction SPTSEL serves as a tool for managing pending items in Doka. Depending on the type of transaction, users can take action on various pending items, including incoming messages, registered items, paused transactions, corrections, and those designated for automatic processing. Furthermore, users can view deleted and rejected transactions, with support for both permanent deletion and recovery from the recycle bin.
Key Features and Functionalities:
Flexible Selection Criteria:
Transaction SPTSEL lets you select various pending items, such as incoming messages, registered items, paused transactions, correction transactions, and those set for automatic processing and deleted or rejected items
Enhanced Search Options:
You can narrow down your selection based on transaction types (Incoming/Registered...), by using the reference number, and by filtering the selection of users, making it easier to find what you need.
Processing the Item:
Users have the option to process the items by selecting them, which initiates a series of actions depending on the action that can be done for that specific selected item. They can choose to route the items to another transaction, seamlessly integrating them into existing workflows for further handling or analysis.
Permanent Deletion:
Transaction SPTSEL allows users to permanently remove deleted or rejected transactions. This is handy when certain data needs to be completely taken out of the system.
Recycle Bin Retrieval:
On the other hand, if a deleted transaction needs a second chance, Transaction SPTSEL helps retrieve it from the recycle bin. This is useful for situations where further analysis or processing is required.
Note:
* It is only possible to select multiple entries at the same time if one checkbox has been checked.
* After selecting a pending item, the following icons can be utilized for further processing if the icons are enabled for the selected items. :
How to Restore the Deleted Items :
- Using the SPTSEL transaction, the deleted items can either be fully erased or restored.
- The user must check the Deleted/rejected check box. After that, you can restore or entirely delete that depending on your needs.
