Transaction IOITSK

This transaction is a workflow manager used for outgoing services. It handles interface calls related to static data from/to external interfaces like RIVO.

This manager handles the following services:

SRVPFP - the purpose of the service is to send Finance Program data to RIVO. Once the Finance Program is completed and released on Doka side, through the manager the static data will be sent to RIVO.
SRVRSE - The purpose of the service is to inform the external interface about the rejection reason on why the incoming invoice file is not imported in Doka.
SRVCLN - the purpose of the service is the clean-up of files/tables.

The user can start or stop the Interface Manager via the icons  and . Thereby, the listed services are processed.

Individual services can only be processed by selecting a service entry and then pressing the icon . By doing so on the top section of DOKA, the user will receive a message stating the status of the processed service. The log icon  will display the log file where processes and possibly occurring errors while processing records are logged.
