Overview

DOKA and RIVO can be connected, so that your customers can connect with you using RIVO as a channel instead of SWIFT, BOLERO, DTA, Email, or Paper.  As described in the main DOKA:RIVO article 

If your DOKA system is multi-entity, you can now mirror that in RIVO.  
Messages sent via RIVO to one of your RIVO Organization exposed sub units  can be routed to the correct DOKA entity.  

To configure RIVO<>DOKA Unit-to-Entity  mapping

IN RIVO, set up the Bank Units 
a. Log in to RIVO as a DOKA Bank Admin user.
b. Navigate to the Organization Structure menu and add the relevant bank sub-units accordingly as described in this RIVO article: sub units
c. Set the box for set this unit as an Exposed entity  

d. at this point you need to contact Surecomp, so we can change their entity type to DOKA in the database.
We will enable this on screen in the future 

e. After update Surecomp will provide you with the RIVO shortID values for each exposed unit.  

IN DOKA, set up the Entity with the RIVO ShortId   
a. Navigate to Entity set up and in the RIVO Short ID field, enter the values provided by Surecomp for each of the entities. 

Don't forget to restart SYSMGR and SWITSK to make sure they take new entity settings into effect.
