To maintain entity addresses Entity addresses comprise both postal and electronic addresses. Postal addresses can be stored in various languages.
The information from entity addresses is used as the sender in outgoing messages. In addition, electronic addresses are used to allocate incoming messages to the individual branches.
The admin user can add the address by selecting Entity Menu > Entity Address > click + icon to add address.
The user can select from various predefined address formats or define their own preferred format for domestic or international receivers.
The Entity Address screen allows you to input and review the following information:
Entity Address | The external key is used to uniquely identify an entity address. The key may consist of both letters and digits and is usually the unique ID under which an entity address is identified. |
Our Phone Number | This field contains the telephone number of the entity address. |
Our Fax Number | This field holds the fax number of the entity address. |
Our Telex Number | This field contains the telex number of the entity address. |
Our Email Address | This field contains the Email address of the entity address. |
Interest Address | This field contains the internet address of the entity address. |
Boloreo RID | This field contains the Bolero RID. |
Language | This field to select language of entity |
Letter Name | This field contains the name of the entity address. The information can be stored in different languages. This field can be used in the letterhead of printed correspondence. |
Letter Street | This field contains the street and house number of the entity address. The information can be stored in different languages. This field can be used in the letterhead of printed correspondence. |
Letter Location | This field contains the ZIP code of the city of the entity address. The information can be stored in different languages. This field can be used in the letterhead of printed correspondence. |
Name | This is the visible name of an Entity Address. This name is used in selection list and on panels to identify an Entity Address. |
Main Address for Routing of incoming Messages | If not empty, this ETA is the primary address used for routing of incoming messages. May be used, if multiple entity address records contain the same BIC/TID/… |
BIC | If not empty, this ETA is the primary address used for routing of incoming messages. May be used, if multiple entity address records contain the same BIC/TID/... |
TradeConnect ID | This TID is used for TradeConnect messages from different entity addresses. |
BLZ | Bankleitzahl (German Clearing Code) This field contains the 8-digit German Bankleitzahl or the bank clearing code of the entity address. Hence this field can be filled in only for banks and financial institutions located in Germany and which have been assigned a BLZ. |
P.BOX | Postbox in Letterhead This field contains the P.O. Box number for the entity address. The information can be stored in different languages. This field can be used in the letterhead of printed correspondence. |
Zip code | Zip Code of Post Office Box This field contains the zip code of the post office box. |
Location | This field contains the name of the town where the P. O. box is located. |
