User Filter Menu bar is used for maintaining the personal default filter of the users. A filter defines the viewing option for diaries (DIA), pending items (SPT) and transactions (TRN) and maintains a list of users and/or user groups. These filters are stored for each user and have to be maintained from each user oneself.
Example: An employee substitutes a colleague who is on vacation. In this case, the user has to include the substituted user into his filter. In this way his DIA, SPT and TRN entries will be displayed in the overview of the user who substitutes the other user.
