New Features:
[New Feature] - User Interface Color Schemes
The colors of the user interface can be changed, e.g. to better match the bank’s corporate identity color schemes or allow the user to modify according to their preference.
Different color schemes are now available in the application to change the colors of the user interface.
Refer to this linked article Color Schemes for more details.
[New Feature] - Branch and Hub / Hub & Spoke
The Hub & Spoke enhancement allows banks to boost processing efficiency by setting centralized processing centers of expertise while maintaining the customer relationship locally at the branch.
With banking customers getting accustomed more to online banking, automation and self-kiosk options, the nature of branch banking is getting diminished. With expansion of the scope of banking services, banks started to setup “Centralized Operations” or “Processing Centers” that cater to multiple processes with specialized focus and reduced Turn-around-Time (TAT), resulting in improved
customer experience.
To cater to this functionality “Hub and Spoke” feature has been introduced.
Refer to this linked article Branch and Hub / Hub & Spoke for more details.
Improvements:
[Improvement] - CBPR+ 2024 changes
CBPR+ XML messages are already supported in the application, the quality of the address information is enhanced as DOKA-NG now supports additional fields to better structure the data content and improve STP processing. As of November 2025, CBPR+ messages can be created in a hybrid or a fully structured format.
Changes in Party / Addresses
The party address fields and panels in static data and in the business transactions have been redesigned. Refer to this linked article Changes in the party / addresses for more details.
CBPR+ payment messages in XML format
Under the ISO20022 framework, CBPR+ payment messages that were previously sent via a MT103 or MT202 message must be sent as XML messages in either a pacs.008 or pacs.009 format starting November 2025.
Refer to this linked article CBPR+ payment messages in XML format for more details.
[Improvement] - SWIFT Directory changes
As SWIFT is evolving the SwiftRef portfolio with new directory files for enhanced bank information and identification data, support for these new directory files has already been added to this version.
The SWIFTRef portfolio provides bank information and identification data.
[Improvement] - Compliance
This version now caters for 2 additional options to connect to an external compliance system, either via RIVO as middleware or to Trade AI as external sanction screening application.
Refer to this linked article Maintain System Configurations for more details.
[Improvement] - SCF Enhancements
The Supply Chain Finance modules now support the creation of Programs, reflecting the agreement between a buyer and his bank. Suppliers can be onboarded faster onto the existing programs, saving time as bilateral negotiations are not needed any more.
DOKA-NG is enhanced to support this increasing need. A new “Program” module has been introduced to
record a structured arrangement between the buyer and his bank for processing the payment of invoices.
Refer to this linked article SCF Enhancements for more details.
