Before a common message can be sent, a “Manual Contract” has to be opened using transaction MCTOPN. A “Manual Contract” represents the point of reference for common messages. By creating manual contracts the user is enabled to use the complete system functionality of the application also in common messages.

On the panel “Overview” the data for the manual contract to be created is entered. After clicking the application automatically assigns a reference number for this contract.

The contract infotext and the settlement instructions are entered on the panel “Completion”. A list of available messages can be found on the panel “Messages”.
