Transaction USRGEN
This transaction is used to create reports about users. It can be defined, which information are to be included in the report. In doing so, the required modules and associated fields are selected. According to this selection a list will be generated.

The USRGEN (User Report Generator) module in DOKA enables users to configure custom reports by selecting specific fields and modules related to user activity and system access. This tool is essential for compliance, audits, and internal user management.

Report Generator Features

• Field & Condition Setup: Add fields using the Field and Fieldinfo buttons, and apply filters with Cond.

• Layout Tools: Organize field order (Up / Down), register settings, or delete unnecessary fields.

• Output Format: Choose output types (HTML, PDF, etc.) depending on user requirements.
