At the top of the screen is a ribbon of icons that are relevant to the transaction you are currently in. 

On the left are ever-present Navigation icons to get you back to the home page, followed by the transaction specific ones. 

Depending on the details entered in the work area below , some of the ribbon icons will be enabled or disabled (greyed out and unclickable)
