Transaction DBIMNU
The main purpose of using the office menu is to create or customize menu profiles and map transactions to the menu profile.

The Office menu consists of
- Menu
- Transaction profile
The menu refers to the left-hand side of the screen, which provides users with quick and direct access to all the transactions. The menu itself is displayed permanently.
Each menu lists the items in that menu with their description, which can be overwritten if desired.
The items can be:
- Other Menus - allowing you to group similar activities together under a top level menu e.g. Static data or Import Products
- Transactions - the screen to be called
- Optional transactions - the screen to be called, where it depends on context e.g. Advising documents for an LC
Menus can be nested down to a maximum of 4 levels. The transactions listed in a menu vary depending on a user's access rights and on the business/commercial context of a loaded contract. i.e. If opening a menu for a Business transaction but no Contract is yet selected, the menu will adapt and simply state "Currently nothing available"
The transaction profile governs whether a specific transaction can be executed or not.
It is therefore possible to have menu options visible to the user, that they cannot execute, or transactions not in a menu that can be executed. Care should be taken to prevent these mismatches.
In order to use a Menu, the profile must be assigned to a user via his User Profile -DBIUSR
The Default transaction field specifies the transaction to be started whenever a user logs on to whom this profile was assigned. The following options are available
- DOKA-NG - The Next Generation Trade Finance Solution
- Dashboard Office - Teamleader - with the display of various charts
- Dashboard Office - Manager Information - with the display of various charts
