Party Address means postal address or, for the purposes of electronic communication, a fax number, email address or telephone number for receiving text messages of the Party added.

Managing addresses is essential, since a party is involved in selling or purchasing a product, the delivery address may be different from the invoicing address.

One can add contact address, invoice address, delivery address, other address, and private address separately and save under one party.

This transaction is used to maintain address associations -DBIPTA

Address Association: In this Tab we can able to create complete address of the party

Details:  user can add the  DTA ID's, Business Sector for TCO, Document Generation and Business Sector for TCX.

Authentication of Address: In this Tab we can update the authenticity status of the party address.

InfoText :The Notification set upon completion of contract by maker and checker the inputted message under general will be displayed on selected criteria as warn/stop payment etc

Structured Infotext panel : If the party is used , Hints and instructions including attached documents, will be  visible in the business transactions matching the selected category,

The panel is only visible if the Structured Infotext is activated in transaction Maintaining System Configuration.

 You can add the party address as shown below by Clicking Static data>Parties>Party Address.
