This transaction notifies the beneficiary of a pre-advised export L/C. 

 

If you don't want to handle the incoming message you can reject it using "Direct Rejection"

checkbox field.

 

Transaction LETNOT The checkbox “Incoming Transfer” is checked, when an L/C was received via a transfer. It is used for message management in following transactions. If the receipt was advised via SWIFT message MT 720, the checkbox will be checked automatically.

 

This transaction creates a new Export L/C contract.

 

Select it from the menu item[Export Products -> Export L/C -> Main ->  Pre-Advise / Notify].
