This transaction allows you to define mail instructions for a selected party involved in the process. You can:
- Add Additional Recipients: Specify parties who should receive the message. You can also define alternate addresses for these recipients as needed.
- Set Primary Message Copies: Configure the number of primary message copies to be sent. This value can be adjusted based on your requirements and may differ from the system's default settings.
Use this feature to ensure all relevant parties receive the necessary communication, with flexibility to tailor delivery based on your requirements.
Add Additional Recipients
Step 1: Select the Party
Click the search icon to open the party selection window. Choose the relevant party from the list.
Example: Selecting the bank or corporate entity involved in the transaction.
Step 2: Choose the Form Set
From the Form Set dropdown menu, select the appropriate form set that applies to the transaction.
Step 3: Add Additional Recipients Within the box panel:
- Select the party who should receive either a copy or the original message.
- Choose the delivery method (Per Medium)—such as letter, email, fax, or SWIFT—as applicable.
- You can define multiple recipients and different delivery methods for each, depending on business needs.
Step 4: Process the Transaction
Once the setup is complete, process the transaction as usual. The selected per medium will be automatically sent to:
Set Primary Message Copies:

Enable the Set Number of Copies for Primary Message option.

Enter the desired number in the Number of Copies for Primary Message field.
