Transaction PATCHG is used to amend contract fields without generating correspondence. It can only be called via the module Contract Maintenance (CONCHG).

It is recommended to restrict the access to this transaction. When implementing the system it is possible to enable or disable contract fields for this transaction.

(Users can directly start this transaction by clicking the  (Launch transaction ) available in the Panel headline without having to select the relevant menu) 

When you have made your changes, click on the ( )  Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
