This transaction is used for generating reports in business sector “Export L/C”.

Steps to generate Reports for Export LC 

1.Launch screen LERGEN through fast path or via the Export Products > Export LC > Other menu  
2.Navigate to Fields panel. Check for the required fields to be available in report. Fields can be customized here
The following details are available in this panel
1.Name of the report to be displayed
2.List of Fields to be included 
3.check conditions panel to provide filter conditions on what value basis the report to be generated
4.Report setting panel consist of the following details
a.Storage path of the RPT file
b.Report Title
c.Info text of Report
d.Output format - HTML/PDF/CSV/XML
e.Path where the output is stored
User can customize the settings and save the record and Generate the report
