Each business sector contains a transaction used to produce a report based on the contracts within a business sector.

The following data, is used in the report:

• Contract data in the business sector and additional sectors that might be related to the current business sector such as subsectors, Loan, Advances or Transfers
• Contract balances
• Parties
• Diary Events
• Transactions
• Messages
• Fee pool

Follow the below gif to generate Reports for Guarantee

1.Launch screen PTSGEN through fast path
2.Navigate to Fields panel .Check for the required fields to be available in report .Fields can be customized here 

The following details are available in this panel
1.Name of the report to be displayed
2.List of Fields to be included 
3.Conditions to be included and etc 

3.check conditions panel to provide filter conditions on what value basis the report to be generated
4.Report setting panel consist of the following details
1.Storage path of the RPT file
2.Report Title
3.Info text of Report
4.Output format - HTML/PDF/CSV/XML
5.Path where the output is stored
User can customize the settings and save the record and Generate the report
