Transaction - (BCTDAV) Advising Documents in Import Collections can be used to advise a cheque collection received at our counters. After inputting all the Mandatory details like Currency, Amount, maturity date and parties involved, System compiles the data and sends MT410 Acknowledgement message to Remitting bank and advice of cheque collection is sent to the Drawee.

Note to select "clean collection" in Payment condition field.

On Due date, Transaction -Accept and Settle Documents under Import Collections (BCTPAY) will be used to remit the funds to the remitting bank.  MT400 advise of payment message is sent to Remitting bank.
