This transaction (BOTADD) is used to add or to modify reference numbers of the parties. Furthermore, the responsible user can be changed and an info text or settlement instructions for the contract can be entered. Other modifications of the contract data are not possible. No correspondence will be created.

Select it from the menu item[Export Products -> Export Collection ->Other-> Edit References]

When you have made your changes, click on the ( )  Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
