The transaction BOTATT is used to assign an incoming message to a contract. In this transaction, neither correspondence is created nor data fields are updated.

Usually this transaction is used to attach incoming acknowledgments to the export collection contract

Select it from the menu item[Export Products -> Export Collection ->Other -> Attach Document]

When you have made your changes, click on the ( )  Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
