Transaction (BOTCAN) is used to cancel an export collection for any reason. The closing date is set to today's date.

Export Collection can be cancelled using BOTCAN transaction if the below conditions are met

• An existing Export Collection contract which is not closed.
• The contract must not have advances with an open amount different from zero.

Select it from the menu item[Export Products -> Export Collection ->Other -> Close]

When you have made your changes, click on the ( )  Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
