To create a liability approval for the Reimbursement Amendments in the system, RMTAMR transaction is used. The incoming messages are commonly routed to 'Request of Amendment' (RMTRAM) in case of Detrimental amendments / 'Amending' (RMTAME). when this transaction is to be used, the incoming message needs to be manually routed to the transaction

(Users can directly start this transaction by clicking the (Launch transaction ) available in the Panel headline without having to select the relevant menu) 

You can also select it from the menu item [Other Products -> Reimbursement -> Main -> Liability Approval for Amendment]

When you have made your changes, click on the () Save function to save all the data entered in the transaction to the database.
