There are business situations in which the data of the business contract has to be modified without creating external correspondence.
So to amend the Reimbursement Contract fields without generating any outgoing correspondence, RMTCHG transaction is used. This can be called through the Contract Maintenance transaction(CONCHG).
This transaction is used to modify the data of the relevant Reimbursement Contract. The Fields like 'Payment Terms', 'Expiry date', 'Applicable Rules', 'Charges' etc. can be modified here.
The transaction CONCHG can be started when no contract has been loaded,
Select it from the menu item[Business Activities -> Business Administration -> Contract Maintenance].
Please enter the contract to change and click the Change icon. Now transaction RMTCHG will be opened.
Amend the relevant data of the Reimbursement Contract.
When you have made your changes, click on the ( ) Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
