This scenario describes a direct issuance by an issuing bank with two advising
banks in the chain. The first advising Bank (in this scenario is the bank using the Doka system) will send a MT760 message with sequences A and B with code ADVI(Advice of issued undertaking) or ACNF (Advice and confirmation of issued undertaking) to the advice through bank (or second advising bank).
Advice based on an Undertaking from an Issuing Bank (Incoming ISSU):
When the MT760 swift message is received as incoming message from the issuing bank, content of the incoming tag 22A (Incoming Purpose) will have the value 'ISSU'
(Issuance of undertaking) and will be mapped into the Guarantee opening transaction (GITOPN).
Then field purpose of the outgoing message will only have the option 'ADVI/ACNF' for the user to select in order to advise the undertaking.
There will be not be much changes to the Guarantee received from the Issuing bank and the message is forwarded to the beneficiary through one or more advising banks with or without adding its confirmation. When requested by the Beneficiary there will be change on the confirmation details.
Advice based on an Undertaking from another Advising Bank (Incoming ADVI/ACNF) :
When the incoming message is received as ADVI/ACNF from the Advising bank. We are in the position of the another advising bank in the chain and will advise the undertaking to the beneficiary through one or more advising banks with or without adding its confirmation.
