'Transferring the Issuing Bank' refers to the obligation that is been transferred from one party to another party. The Liability is booked out of the account of the Old party and will be booked in of the account of the New Party.

Temporary settlements will also be transferred to the new party after selecting the new party.

In order to transfer the issuing bank in the Transfer contract, at first the Issuing bank to be transferred in the Parent Contract.

To transfer the Issuing Bank in the Transfer L/C contract, BTTTRF transaction is used.

Select it from the menu item[Export Products ->Transfer L/C -> Other Transfer Documents -> Transfer Issuing Bank]. 

(Users can directly start this transaction by clicking the  (Launch transaction ) available in the Panel headline without having to select the relevant menu) 

When you have made your changes, click on the ( )  Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
