The system allows the user to manually settle fees and charges independently outside the transaction and the Rebooking is made during the Settlement of Fees. 

To Settle charges for an existing set of documents under a transfer L/C contract, BTTFEE transaction is used.

Select it from the menu item [Export Products ->Transfer L/C -> Other Transfer Documents -> Settle Charges]. 

When you have made your changes, click on the ( )  Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
