Transaction BCMDAV is used to transfer an Import Collection that already exists in a legacy system to the current system.

A unique reference number needs to be filled in. The open amount may be changed.

After saving the contract, at least all mandatory fields are filled, so that the contract can be processed directly in the current system.

This transaction creates a new Import Collection contract.

The Document Amount is saved. The difference between the Open Amount and the Document Amount is saved as Utilization Amount.

Users can directly start this transaction by clicking the  (Launch transaction ) available in the Panel headline without having to select the relevant menu 

In Import Directory field , Select the path of the file and select the file and click  () Save function.
