'Amending' is to make any kind of changes to the Syndication Master contract. These changes may includes amending the validity of the Syndication Master contract, Primary contract Pricing, Payment terms, Transaction type, Merchandise, Latest Date of Shipment, and so on.
When the amendment transaction on the primary side is saved, an auto-registered for this transaction is created to update the corresponding database fields in the Syndication Master with the new values.
Once the Syndication Master Amendment is saved, an auto-registration is created for each amending Syndication Deal contract. This auto-registration is created for the transaction that is selected using the dropdown ‘Amendment Transaction’ in the overview panel.
The syndication status does not change in this transaction; the previously stored status remains.
To make any kind of change to the Syndication Master contract once the primary side of the contract is amended, SCTAME transaction is used.
(Users can directly start this transaction by clicking the (Launch transaction 
) available in the Panel headline without having to select the relevant menu)
When you have made your changes, click on the ( 
) Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
