There is a possibility to attach incoming messages to a contract without further processing.

To assign an incoming message to a contract, SCTATT transaction is used. In this transaction, neither correspondence is created, nor data fields are updated.

Select it from the menu item[Other Products -> Syndication -> Syndication Master > Attach Document].

(Users can directly start this transaction by clicking the  (Launch transaction ) available in the Panel headline without having to select the relevant menu) 

When you have made your changes, click on the ( )  Save function to save all the the data entered in the transaction to the database.
